Squidoo has added another new service to its growing list of co-branded services. Create your own TV channel on topics that interest you with SquidVids using YouTube videos. It’s very simple to create your SquidVids Channel. If you don’t already have a Squidoo account, you will need one. Then choose a topic for your SquidVids, and select the most appropriate category. Squidoo will automatically choose 10 YouTube videos that best fit the category and topic. All of this can be modified by you. You can search for YouTube videos to add to your lense from within SquidVids.

If you’d like the YouTube player to be embedded in your lens page, you’re limited to 10 videos. Displaying the thumbnails for videos that link to the YouTube page, however, gives you unlimited displays. Squidoo will also pull in additional modules on your lens page such as the Amazon and eBay modules and an rss feed module. You can edit these modules, including which videos you want to display. You can delete the videos that were chosen and add your own. Some of SquidVids’ more advanced features include sharing your channel and allowing other Squidoo users to submit content. People can vote UP or DOWN on the videos and there’s a section where you can see the most popular videos.

Here’s one about Steve Martin if you’d like to see one that’s already created.
