Apparently, John Chow is trying his hand at viral videos. Not sure he should go into it full time. This one may go viral, but why? Are we laughing with you John or at you? For those of you who can actually stand to watch the video to the end, I think his point is something like “I can make a shitty video go viral and get a bunch of shitty traffic.” The point he may be missing is that a lot of videos go viral because they are either funny, informative, beautiful, etc. to watch. They give the viewer something that they think is worth sharing. Perhaps this is the best that Chow can come up with, but I wouldn’t want this one to be on my resume … Anyway, this is John Chow … talking shit.

Well I watched it all the way through and I will admit it was very odd but was somewhat funny. I am still a big fan of John Chow’s, the man knows what he is doing…hey he got you to watch his video didn’t he?! At least he’s not uptight and boring! I think there are too many people hating on John. Hey I don’t know about you but I’m trying to learn all I can from him so I can start making the big bucks too!!!

I didn’t even attempt to watch it. If the man can’t learn to use spell check, or learn to spell for that matter, he offers nothing but BS in my opinion. The point was to make the video viral and to get people talking about him. Well it looks like it worked. Here is is on this site and there are 19 comments so far about it.
I think John was the once that said that it doesn’t matter if it people are talking about him in a good way or a negative way it was all still publicity. And from what I can tell, even though the video may be really bad and a bunch of crap people are talking and people are at least watching some of it.

That video was…. uhm…. I dunno what to say. I can only think that perhaps in the late 70’s/early 80’s, Eddie Murphy could’ve done that material on SNL and could slay everyone.
John Chow is no Eddie Murphy.
As far as whatever publicity he hopes to get from it, if I wasn’t permanently turned of from his blog before, I am now. Kinda was before…. but now I know a little too much about his shit.

It’s funny how they say radio guys can’t make it on TV, and some TV guys don’t translate well to radio. Well some bloggers do well on the printed web page but their personalities don’t translate well at all in video. Maybe they right well, but have a poor speaking voice or weak charisma.
