Google Loves Me

The great Google God just bestowed a Pagerank 3 upon my humble blog, from 0 some time tonight. Guess I’ll have to tone down the derogatory Google remarks I make on occasion (I was just kidding Google ….) Not sure why they have bestowed this honor upon my humble little blog, but what the heh … I’ll take it.
I had really given up on trying to get pagerank and using alternative methods for getting traffic. Hell, I haven’t even Googled myself for quite awhile … kicked the habit some time ago… when all the big blogs dropped rank. It’s no big deal … just a measly 3, but I was so shocked to see it that I tapped the pagerank bar on my computer screen to make sure it wasn’t stuck. lol.

Congratulations (I think…) My measly blogspot blog that has only paid content these days got a 2 recently, so this one deserves at least a 6 to my mind. I’ll never understand the workings of the Google gods’ !

That’s good news! Since you’re a dot com expert, maybe you can help me. I can’t figure out why my blog is still at zero. No paid posts, plenty of original content. I don’t worry about PR a lot, but when I think about it, I can’t figure out why Google doesn’t love me too! boo hoo.

I got upgraded from a zero to a two. I used to be a 5. Ah well…I’ll take a 2 over a 0 any day for sure.

I just checked my site in 4 PR checkers and they all said pagerank checks are currently down. Must mean they’re in the midst of a major update or something….I’m curious to see what mine is in the morning…

Congratulations! My weight loss blog ended up with a PR3 too, so I was very happy with that. But I’m still a PR0 on my personal blog. I just don’t get it, I’ve had that one up longer too.

Our one blog (well all of them really) just got going in February… maybe too early to “hope.” But I’m having a blast doing my own thing and not too concerned.
